Music licence

The tracks published here are made available for personal, non-commercial streaming and listening on this site. They are the property of the author.

The following are not permitted without prior written consent:

• Download, redistribution, or re-hosting of the audio files.
• Reproduction, public performance, or broadcast.
• Sampling, remixing, or use in derivative works.
• Synchronisation with video or other media.
• Any commercial use.

Text and data mining / AI training

The textual and visual content of this site may be crawled and used for text and data mining, including the training of machine learning models. This is intentional.

The musical works and audio recordings are explicitly excepted. A reservation of rights for text and data mining is expressed under Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and the corresponding provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, scoped to the audio works only. This reservation is declared in a machine-readable form: a Disallow directive on the audio path in robots.txt, and a TDM-Reservation: 1 HTTP header (W3C TDM Reservation Protocol) served on the audio files.

Accordingly, the extraction, reproduction, or use of the audio works for the development, training, or fine-tuning of artificial intelligence systems is not authorised.
